*Specification Responses must be submitted with one (1) original and five (5) copies for each Management Program Plan package to the office of Eddie Jean Carr, Hinds County Chancery Clerk, Second Floor, 316 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39205 no later than Friday, February 14, 2014 before 2:00 PM CDT. Any responses and required documents not submitted, or not received by the specified time will be rejected by the Hinds County Board of Supervisors. DO NOT SUBMIT BID PRICING WITH YOUR SPECIFICATIONS PACKAGE
