  • Publication and Release of Bid Proposal: 
    • 1st Publication Date: October 7, 2021
    • 2nd Publication Date: October 14, 2021
  • Pre-Bid Conference: (Already Passed)
    • October 28, 2021 October 14, 2021at 10:00 AM (Changed per Addendum #1) at 316 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39201 BOS Board Room. (Although the conference is not mandatory it would be beneficial to all Suppliers to attend)
  • Deadline for Questions: Friday, December 3, 2021 Submit any and all questions to

RESPONSE PACKAGES DUE:
  • Sealed Specification Bid Documents must be submitted no later than January 31, 2021 (Changed per Addendum #4) before 5:00 PM, CST All responses must be uploaded to the Platform by the due Date & Time 
  • Demonstrations of Software  by (Vendors who meet the minimum qualifications)
    • February 21, 2022 – March 3, 2022 

  • All Pricing entered online must account for the 3% Transaction fee and will be paid to EASiBuy by the Awarded Vendor upon Award and Contract.
(Electronic on-line): Pricing will be entered on line
  • By March 9, 2021 by 10:00 AM CDT (You will receive access to submit price online after your required compliant documents have been submitted and demonstrations have been approved Prices can be entered and submitted Starting January 31st up until March 9th by 10:00 AM CST by all responsive compliant vendors)
