RESPONSE PACKAGES DUE
Specification Responses must be submitted with one (1) original and two (2) copies in writing for each Cleaning Schedule (Three “3” Day Cleaning Schedule and Five “5” Day Cleaning Schedule) as stated in this Notice to Bidders and Specifications. Vendors/Suppliers will be required to submit completed Specification and Response packages to the office of Eddie Jean Carr, Hinds County Chancery Clerk, Second Floor, 316 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39205 no later than Thursday, April 29, 2015 before 2:00 PM CST. DO NOT SUBMIT BID PRICING WITH YOUR SPECIFICATIONS PACKAGE.
