Sealed Specification Responses must be submitted in duplicate and will be due at the office of Eddie Jean Carr, Hinds County Chancery Clerk, Second Floor, 316 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39205 no later than Thursday, September 3, 2015 no later than 5:00 PM CDT. Any responses with pricing or received after the time specified will be rejected and not permitted to bid on the project. DO NOT SUBMIT BID PRICING WITH YOUR SPECIFICATIONS PACKAGE.
