  • Vendor/Supplier Site Surveys: Date: Feb. 19 thru Feb. 25, 2013
  • Bid Response Package Due Date: Date: Thursday March 7, 2013 by 2:00 PM CST
  • Bid Date: Date: Wednesday March 13, 2013 at 9:00 AM CST
Sealed Specification Responses: Responses must be submitted in duplicate and will be due at the office of Eddie Jean Carr, Hinds County Chancery Clerk, Second Floor, 316 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39205 no later than Thursday, March 7, 2013, no later than 2:00 PM CST. Any responses with pricing or received after the time specified will be rejected and not permitted to bid on the project.
